Obituary of Ruby Lee Milligan

Mrs. Ruby Lee Milligan, age 89, transitioned from labor to reward on June 8, 2023. She leaves her devoted children to mourn and cherish her memory. On Tuesday, June 27, 2023, a homegoing celebration for Mrs. Ruby Milligan will be held at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment service will be held at the Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, immediately following the homegoing service, where Mrs. Milligan will be laid to rest with her late husband, Mr. John Milligan.
