On Thursday, December 30th, 2021, services for Apostle Kelly will be held at East Baltimore Deliverance Church, 1001 N. Caroline Street, Baltimore, MD 21205, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:30 AM with services to follow. The interment will be held at Arbutus Memorial Park, 1101 Sulphur Spring Road, Baltimore, MD 21227.
