A True Mother
I miss you so much more than words can say. The best gift you gave to me is you taught me how to pray. You showed me how to truly love others. That is a real good sign of a true mother.
You taught me how to laugh when I wanted to cry. You said its going to be alright by and by.
You showed me grace in the midst of it all. Anytime I needed you all I had to do was call.
There were times in my life when I went through my storms. Now I'm facing another one; its time to mourn.
Mama you left me but I'm never alone. You're always in my heart even though your gone. A true mother is who you are to me, and ill always remember who you taught me to be.
I love you with all my heart and I thank you for everything. When I think about you, you make my heart sing!
