My wife and I were so sorry to hear about Delois' death. Living in NC and because of health issues we were not able to make it to the funeral. As believers we know where Delois is; she is with her Lord and her Savior, Jesus Christ. Paul says in Second Corinthians 5:8 "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." Alton, you and your family hang in there; God will bring you through this. And know this; that His grace is sufficient for and in all of our trials. The Burrells in NC

She and her family were the sweetest neighbors to my roommates and I while we finished our schooling at Towson University. Delois and I worked many an evening and weekend together-- back when a radiologist could only work as fast as a clerk could organize the next batch, and a clerk could only get through the day if the radiologist kept up with the work. She and I often schemed to share weekend call because it was so much easier on us both-- and because we had so much fun chatting and bantering as we plowed through the piles of work.
