Mr. Richard Arthur, age 76, of Baltimore, transitioned Thursday, March 25, 2021. Mr. Arthur was born May 12, 1944 in Hartsville, South Carolina. He was married to Mrs. Brenda Arthur. The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Arthur will be held Monday, April 5, 2021 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends at 2:00 p.m. with services to follow at 4:00 p.m. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Gwynn Oak, MD on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 10:30 a.m.
