Ms. Delphine Elizabeth Franklin, age 59, of Gwynn Oak, transitioned Sunday, June 28, 2020. Mrs. Franklin was born August 9, 1960 in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
She was a Claims Manager at the Social Security Administration.
A public viewing will be held Friday, July 17, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133).
The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Franklin will be held Saturday, July 18, 2020 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
The interment will take place at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Baltimore Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 1:30 p.m.
