Delphine had spirit, joy and gladness. Highly hospitable, highly adventurous in her own creative way. Shy but still the life of the party. I wish we'd kept in touch over the years. See you later, smilling Delphine.

Delphine had a very humble spirit. I met Delphine when I was detailed on a developmental program from the SSA office in Philadelphia, to Woodlawn. Delphine greeted me upon my arrival and she made all the arrangements for my overnight stay. I remember her warm spirit when we greeted each other. She took care of all my vouchers and made sure I knew where all the best restaurants were located. I stayed in Maryland for six months, and Delphine was instrumental in making my detail worthwhile. God gave HIS Angel on earth, her wings so she could reach her heavenly home. Rest well Delphine, you will be missed.

I remember at work Delphine and I would always talk about receipes for special occasions. For our work luncheons Delphine would make the most delicious, home made bread. She loved telling me heartwarming events of cooking with her grandkids and Mom. Delphine had a special way of putting joy into work and good conversation. Love you my friend ! You truly will be missed.

I remember when we would get together to go out to eat at Buffets, she would always ask me," You got your plastic bag in your purse. Delphine was always a giving person, had such a Sweet, Sweet spirit, always smiling. I remember when we both first got married and the apartment complex we lived in was SAD..LOL. There were days we no lights in the hallway. we shared meals together. we didn't we together often but when we did we never missed a beat. Love you girl!!! You'll truly be missed
