On Thursday, February 20, 2020, services for Mr. Hill will be held at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 – 11:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forst Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117 immediately following services.
