The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Joyner will be held Wednesday, January 15, 2025 in the Sanctuary of Mount Pleasant Church & Ministries, 6000 Radecke Ave., Baltimore, MD. (21206), where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117 on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 10:45 a.m.
