Obituary of Mozella Shelton Hemphill

Mozella Shelton Hemphill, age 99, went home to be with the Lord on Christmas Day, December 25, 2024 after a life well lived. Mrs. Hemphill was born on September 1, 1925, in Winston-Salem, NC. Before retirement, Mrs. Hemphill had been employed as a teacher for the Baltimore City Public Schools. She will be missed by her family. As the family remembers the love and joy she brought into their lives, they invite you to attend the funeral services for Mrs. Hemphill. The funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, Jamuary 9, 2025 at Knox Presbyterian Church, 1300 N. Eden Street, Baltimore, MD 21213. The family will receive friends starting at 10:00 am. The burial will be held 11:30 am, Friday, January 10, 2025, in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117.
