Mr. Freeman just began working with me and my daughter on her mobile pet grooming business plan. He just escorted us to M&T Bank to meet a financial advisor. We really enjoyed working with him, and only upon asking our newly assigned counselor, learned of his transition. We are so grateful to have been able to work with him recently. He clearly enjoyed his work, and we will always remember him.
