On Thursday, October 31, 2024, Friends may visit Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 4:00 – 7:00PM. On Friday, November 1, 2024, services for Ms. Phillips will be held at Mount Pleasant Church and Ministries, 6000 Radecke Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21206, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 - 11:00AM with services to follow.
The interment will take place at Garden of Faith Cemetery, 5598 Trumps Mill Road, Baltimore, MD 21206, immediately following services.
