A devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, she lived a life filled with warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family." On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, a homegoing celebration for Mrs. Cleo Dorsey will be held at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road Randallstown, MD 21133, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. Immediately following services, the Interment will be held at All Saints Cemetery.
