Mr. Milton Lafayette Tapp transitioned from this life on August 12, 2024. Mr. Tapp was born on July 23, 1932. On Wednesday, September 4, 2024, a homegoing celebration for Mr. Milton Tapp will be held at New All Saints Church, 4215 Loch Raven Blvd Baltimore, MD 21218 where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. Immediately following services, the Interment will be held at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
