On Saturday, August 24, 2024, a homegoing celebration for Mr Fred Ceo, Jr. will be held at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
