Elmo Junior Leppard, age 89, the beloved husband of Ruth Leppard, entered into eternal rest on June 28, 2024. A lifelong resident of Baltimore, MD, he was born on April 6, 1935. He had been employed as an operating room technician, Mr. Leppard was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army. He will be missed by his family.
As the family remembers the love and joy he brought into their lives, they invite you to attend a viewing. The viewing will be held Monday, August 12, 2024 at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 10:30 - 12:00PM.
Immediately following the viewing, the burial will take place in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD.
