Ms. Carmen V. Scott, age 67, transitioned from labor to reward on June 22, 2024. She leaves to mourn and cherish her memory: a beloved niece Tynesia Smith, and a host of other relatives, friends, and loved ones. On Saturday, June 20, 2024, a homegoing celebration for Ms. Carmen V. Scott will be held at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment service will be held at King Memorial Park immediately following the homegoing service.
