A viewing for Mr. Samuels will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133 On Monday, July 1, 2024, a homegoing celebration for Mr. Mortel Samuels be held at 7th Day Adventist Pikesville Church, 4619 Old Court Road Pikesville, MD 21208, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. Immediately following services, the Internment will be held at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
