On Wednesday, April 17, 2024, a homegoing celebration for Mrs. Ida Elizabeth Welch, will be held at Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The Interment will be held Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
