Norma C. Banks, age 74, departed this life on Friday, February 23, 2024. A lifelong resident of Baltimore, MD, Ms. Banks was born on October 5, 1949. Before retiring, Ms. Banks had been employed as a banker. She will be missed by her family and friends. A viewing will be held Monday, March 11, 2024, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 4:00 until 7:00 pm. Mass will start at 10:30 am, Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, 1501 E. Oliver Street, Baltimore, MD 21213. The wake will begin at 10:00 am.
