Obituary
Obituary of Reginald Anthony Bunn, Jr.
Reginald Anthony Bunn, Jr., son of Reginald and Josephine Bunn, Sr., was born on August 25, 1969, in Baltimore, MD.
Reginald (Reggie) was a gifted artist and graduated in Commercial Art at Carver Vo-Tech Senior High School in 1988 and would later attend Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore.
In 1996, Reggie became employed at the Port of Baltimore, working alongside his brother, Roc. There Reggie would become a certified crane operator. For nearly 30 years, he could be found often mentoring "newbies", helping others on projects wherever he could, and forming many friendships.
The following year, Reggie would begin the journey of becoming a proud, new dad. The birth of his two children, Donavin and LaShai, were his proudest moments to date.
Reggie was very passionate about his opinions and not shy in expressing his thoughts boldly, loudly, and unfiltered. He also had a witty sense of humor and could keep you laughing uncontrollably. Most times, you could find this behavior while playing a game or watching one on television. Reggie was quite animated when "talking trash" to any opposition and those that knew him well, appreciated that most about him.
Reggie is preceded in death by, mother, Josephine Alston, brother, Rodcalta "Roc" Bunn and stepfather, Apostle Henry Alston.
Reggie leaves to remember him fondly, two children, Donavin A. Bunn, and LaShai M. Bunn; father, Reginald A. Bunn; grandmother, Elizabeth Gaskins; one brother, Cecil Harris; two sisters, Shirley Manson and Beverly Yarborough; aunt, Christine Washington (Michael); Vera Farmer (Check); uncle, Joseph Clay (Mary); uncle, Sammy Bunch (Mary); aunt, Ernestine Evans (Tom); uncle, Zach Bunch; aunt, Georgia Kirby (William); aunt, Janie Lewis (Arthur); aunt, Cherry Coley (Ray); aunt, Regina Bunn; significant other, Denise Bryan; and a host of family and friends.
