Obituary of Decodia Jessica Williams-Singh

Ms. Decodia Jessica Williams-Singh, age 34, transitioned from labor to reward on January 1, 2024. She leaves to mourn and cherish her memory: beloved parents, Velma Holder and Ricky Williams. A viewing and service of song will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133. On Monday, January 29, 2024, a homegoing celebration for Ms. Decodia Williams-Singh will be held at the Pikesvillle Seventh Day Adventist Church, 4619 Old Court Road, where the family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment service will be held at the Druid Ridge Cemetery immediately following the homegoing service.
