Michael Phillip Matthews, age 68, passed December 17, 2023 in Baltimore, MD. Mr. Matthews was born February 18, 1955 in Baltimore, MD. Funeral rites will be conducted through Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - EAST (4905 York Rd. 21212). The viewing will be held Wednesday, January 17, 2024, 4:00 - 7:00 PM. The funeral service will take at New Psalmist Baptist Church on Thursday, January 18, 2024 with the wake begining at 10:00 AM and the ceremony to follow at 10:30 AM. The interment will take place at Garrison-Forest Veterans Cemetery.
