On Friday, January 19, 2024, a homegoing celebration for Mrs. Joyce Edwrads will be held at Mt. Pleasant Church and Ministries, 6000 Radecke Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21206, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. Immediately following services, the Interment will be held at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
