On Tuesday, December 5, 2023, a homegoing celebration for Mrs. Lelia Smith, will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 5624 Old Court Road, Windsor Mill MD 21244, where the family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. with services to follow. The Interment will be held at the Meadow Ridge Cemetery on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 1:45 p.m.
