On Thursday, November 30, 2023, a homegoing celebration for Ms. Lucille Rauls will be held at Gospel Tabernacle Baptist Church, 3100 Walbrook Avenue Baltimore, MD 21216, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
Immediately following services, the Interment will be held at Arbutus Memorial Park.
