Obituary of Emily Baylor Tilghman

Mrs. Emily Baylor Tilghman, age 75, transitioned from labor to reward on November 10, 2023. She leaves to mourn and cherish her memory: a devoted son, Kendrick Tilghman, a beloved step-daughter, Rhonda Allen, and a host of other relatives, friends, and loved ones. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133. On Wednesday, November 29, 2023, a homegoing celebration for Mrs. Emily B. Tilghman will be held at the City Temple of Baltimore, 317 Dolphin Street, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment service will be held at the Garrrison Forest Veterans Cemetery immediately following the service.
