On Thursday, November 16, 2023, a homegoing celebration for Ms. Hazel Ross will be held at, New Psalmist Baptist Church, 6020 Marian Drive Baltimore, MD 21215, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. Immediately following services, the Interment will be held at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
