On Friday, November 17, 2023, a homegoing celebration for Ms. Wyoline Wilkins will be held at New Antioch Baptist Church, 5609 Old Court Road Randallstown, MD 21244, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. Immediately following services, the Interment will be held at Druid Ridge Cemetery.
