Obituary of Mertis Depaul Stephens

Mertis Depaul Stephens, age 81, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. A lifelong resident of Baltimore, MD, Mr. Stephens was born on March 31, 1942, to Inez and Harry Depaul Stephens. Mr. Stephens had been employed as a supervisor for Baltimore City Water Dept. He will be missed by his family and friends. A viewing will be held Sunday, August 27, 2023, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 2:00 until 6:00 pm. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Monday, August 28, 2023, in the chapel at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services. The wake will begin at 10:30 am. The burial will follow in King Memorial Park, Baltimore, MD.
