Formerly of Maryland, Mr. Phillips had made his home in San Diego, CA. As the family remembers the love and joy he brought into their lives, they invite you to attend the funeral services to celebrate his life. The funeral will be held 6:30 pm, Tuesday, August 8, 2023, in the chapel at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212. The wake will begin at 5:30 pm. The interment will be held 12:00 pm, Wednesday, August 9, 2023, in Loudon Park Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
