Mrs. Barbara Yvonne Morgan, age 82, transitioned from labor to reward on July 1, 2023, her 82nd birthday. She leaves to mourn and cherish her memory: a beloved daughter, Pamela Mallory. On Saturday, July 15, 2023, a homegoing celebration for Ms. Barbara Morgan will be held at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. with services to follow. The interment service will be held at King Memorial Park immediately following the homegoing service.
