On Wednesday, Julu 19, 2023, Friends may visit Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 4:00 – 7:00PM. On Thursday, July 20, 2023, services for Mr. Woodard, Jr. will be held at Hubert Memorial Church, 5700 Loch Raven Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21239, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:30AM with services to follow.
The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, immediately following services.
