Philip Elwood Breese, age 82, departed this life on Saturday, June 8, 2023. Mr. Breese was born on May 9, 1941, to Gertrude and Wayman Breeze in Baltimore, MD. Mr. Breese had been employed as a counselor for Planned Parenthood. He will be missed by his family and friends.
