On Friday, July 7, 2023, services for Mrs. Hayes will be held at Triumph Christian Church, 2200 E. Oliver Street, Baltimore, MD 21213, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, immediately following services.
