Obituary of Wingail Reaginia Wallace

Wingail Reaginia Wallace, daughter of the late Winfred and Arlene Armstrong, was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on January 3, 1953. Reaginia was the eldest of three siblings. She departed this life on Saturday, May 27, 2023, to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Reaginia attended Baltimore City Public Schools and graduated from Western High School in 1971; she studied Social Work at Morgan State University. After graduating from Morgan, Reaginia started her career with Baltimore City Public Schools, where she retired as a Special Education teacher in 2017. On December 13, 1973, Reaginia married her soulmate and high school sweetheart William Randolph Wallace, Sr.; from this union, two children were born: Niesha Nicole Wallace and William Randolph Wallace, Jr. Reaginia was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was known for her remarkable passion for education and her sense of style. She was thorough, generous, uplifting, and supportive of her family and friends. She loved watching movies, shopping, decorating, and delegating orders. Reaginia was preceded in death by her brothers, Winfred Duane Armstrong and Corey Velshone Armstrong. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her beloved husband: William Randolph Wallace, Sr.; two children: Niesha Nicole Wallace and William Randolph Wallace, Jr.; one daughter-in-law: Kim Marie Wallace; three grandchildren: Devin Gabrielle Miles, Brielle Monte Wallace, and Nyla Ginia Wallace, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
