Obituary of Clifton Leroy Phair, Jr.

Clifton Leroy Phair, Jr., age 59, the beloved husband of Barbara M. Phair, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 10, 2023.Mr. Phair was born in New Rochelle, NY to Barbara and Clifton L. Phair, Sr. Mr. Phair was employed as a telecommunications worker for Shawn Tech. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army. He will be missed by his family and friends. A viewing will be held Wednesday,May 31, 2023, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 4:00 until 7:00 pm. The funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, June 1, 2023, in the chapel at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services. The wake will begin at 10:30 am. The burial will follow the services in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD.
