On Friday, May 26, 2023, a homegoing celebration for Mr. David Mitchell will be held at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with services to follow.
