I worked with Herman many moons ago, while working freight for Conrail, and always enjoyed working with him. I always knew we were going to have a smooth trip. Herman was a very competent conductor. When I learned he had transitioned to engineer, Conrail had a excellent employee. May Herman rest in peace with our Savior. Randy Halsey
