Obituary of Jean Carol Payne

Ms. Jean Payne, age 93, transitioned from labor to reward on May 6, 2023. On Friday, May 20, 2023, a homegoing celebration for Ms. Jean Payne will be held at the Transformation Churh of Jesus Christ 5150 Baltimore National Pike 21229, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment service will be held at the Arbutus Memorial immediately following the homegoing service.
