Ms. Sheila Burnett Duncan, age 67, transitioned from labor to reward on March 24, 2023. She leaves to mourn and cherish her memory: a beloved sister, Terry Holland, a devoted granddaughter, Jennifer Adams, and a host of other family members and friends.
On Thursday, April 13, 2023, a homegoing celebration for Ms. Sheila B. Duncan will be held at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
