Obituary of Julia Ann Somerville

Julia Ann Somerville, age 86, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 25, 2023. Mrs. Somerville was born in Sumter, SC on December 14, 1936, to Lucille and Cleveland Thames. Mrs. Somerville had been employed as a food service worker for Baltimore City Public School System. She retired after working 32 years. She will be missed by her family and friends. A viewing will be held Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 4:00 - 7:00 pm. Home Going services will be held 11:00 am, Friday, April 14, 2023 at Mt. Pleasant Church and Ministries, 6000 Radecke Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21206. The wake will begin at 10:30 am. The burial will follow the services in KIng Memorial Park, Baltimore, MD.
