On Saturday, March 18th, 2023, services for Mr. Parks, Sr. will be held at First Baptist Church, 525 N.Caroline St., Baltimore, MD 21205, where family will receive friends from 10:30 – 11:00 AM with services to follow.
The interment will be held at Arbutus Memorial Park, 1107 Sulphur Spring Road, Baltimore, MD 21227.
