Obituary of Dessie C. Epps

Dessie C. Epps, age 73, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, February 9, 2023. A lifelong resident of Baltimore, MD, Ms. Epps was born on February 25, 1949. She had been employed as a social worker. Ms. Epps had rendered over thirty-one years of service before her retirement. She will be missed by her family and friends.
