Obituary of Ronald Wood

Dr. Ronald Wood M.D., age 86, transitioned from labor to reward on February 16, 2023. Ronald Wood was born on March 19, 1936 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the last of the twelve children born of the marriage of Albert and Madeline Wood. Ronald Wood graduated from Frederick Douglass High School in 1954, from Morgan State University in 1958, and from Hahnemann Medical College in 1975. He was a commissioned officer in the United States Army. He was also an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. He leaves to mourn and treasure his memory: his loving wife of 60 years, Sandra Wood, and devoted daughter, Rhonda Wood, Esquire. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. On Wednesday, March 8, 2023, a homegoing service for Dr. Ronald Wood will be held at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will recieve friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with services to follow. Live streaming will be available at vaughncgreene.com The interment services will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Lakeview Memorial Cemetery, 1300 US-130 N, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077, where Dr. Wood will be laid to rest with his son, Peter A. Wood, Esquire.
