On Friday, March 3rd, 2023, services for Mr. Hale will be held at Morningstar Baptist Church, 1512 Woodlawn Drive, Baltimore, MD 21207, where family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:30 AM with services to follow. The interment will be held at Dulaney Valley Cemetery, 200 E.Padonia Road, Timonium, MD 21093.
