Obituary of Steven E. Richie

Steven E. Richie, age 59, the beloved husband of Florence Richie, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 16, 2023. Mr. Richie was born in Philadelphia, PA on September 26, 1963, to Jeanette Richie and Jessie James McQuay. Mr. Richie retired after more than 20 years of service to the Maryland National Capitol Park and Planning Commission as a park maintenance worker. He will be missed by his family and friends. A viewing will be held Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 4:00 until 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held 10:30 am, Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Huber Memorial Church, 5700 Loch Raven Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21239. The wake will begin at 10:00 am. The burial will follow the services in Moreland Memorial Park, Baltimore, MD.
