On Wednesday, February 22, 2023, a homegoing celebration for Mrs. Helen Delphine Wheeler Vaughan, will be held at Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. with services to follow. The Interment will be held at the Garrison Forest Cemetery.
