Mr. Eley was employed as an electronic assembler. He will be missed by his family and friends. A viewing will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. The funeral services will be held 10:30 am, Thursday, February 23, 2023, in the chapel at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services. The wake will begin at 10:00 am. The burial will follow the services in King Memorial Park, Baltimore, MD.
