On Monday, February 6, 2023, A Homegoing celebration for Mrs. Vincent, will be held at Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM until 10:30AM with services to follow.
A interment will be held at Louden Park Cemetery immediatley following servcies.
